Sergeant Mpfariseni Hamilton Nemahadani, born 4 October 1979, age 44 at death. Proud father of seven children (youngest three at time of death). Served SAPS for 19 years from appointment 1 July 2004. Stationed at SAPS Levubu, Limpopo; crime investigator. On 3 May 2024, deployed with Sergeant Manganyi to respond to a business robbery in Thundoni Village; traced stolen vehicle and suspects to Tshakhuma; came under fire while calling for backup; one suspect fatally wounded; Nemahadani shot and critically injured; died later that evening at hospital despite urgent treatment. Name engraved on Wall of Remembrance for the 2024/2025 Roll of Honour (SAPS Commemoration magazine; Annual Report PERSAL 7037253-5).
