- 1988 30760 — Lance Corporal Brian Albert Hoy, 78533320BT, 41 Sqdn. (1st Northern Transvaal Regiment), aged 26. Died in Military Vehicle Accident, at Ovambo, Ratel in which he was travelling (standing in the commanders turret) rolled during an exercise, 40 kms south of Ruacana.

He was run over by another vehicle at the accident scene.
