Research notes
16 Oct 2026: NEW RECORD, found incidentally. While checking SAWGP for the Maphumulo name conflict on PersonNumber 31585 (see that record's note), SAWGP returned a SEPARATE record (id 31584) for Goodman Mthunzi Maphumulo, Seaman, SAS Jalsena, drowned in a training accident at Midmar Dam, 14 Sep 1992, age 22 -- whose name and unit exactly match what PersonNumber 31585 had wrongly been carrying before today's correction. Added here as his own record since SAWGP treats him as a distinct, currently-uncaptured individual. Not sourced from Graham's Last Post.
