PIC 83486357PS Lt Sean James McGuiness grievously burned, died 1 Mil 23 Sep 1990 (PN 31816). Aircraft serial already matched. Bushwar calls McGuiness "the pilot"; Graham "Pilot in Command".
Col (rt) Graham du Toit Last Post 23 Sep 2026 (23 Sep 2026): named as the co-pilot killed outright in the crash of Aermacchi AM-3C Bosbok #925 at Potchefstroom on 12 September 1990. The pilot, Lieutenant Sean James McGuinness (31816), was grievously burned and died of his injuries in 1 Military Hospital eleven days later, on 23 September 1990.
