- 1976 41230 — District Assistant Claude Herbert Sanhani, 1st Battalion (Internal Affairs), aged 30. Killed in action, at Kapondoro, Mtoko District, Op Hurricane.

- 1976 40289 — Private Dumaira Sanhani, 645274, Protected Village Protection Group (Selous Scouts), aged 22. Murdered, by insurgents.

- 1977 41776 — Candidate Officer Daniel Johannes De Jager, 71257216PE, 1 Maintenance Unit (South African Medical Corps (Corps)), aged 22. Died of injuries, received while cleaning his pistol on 17 October 1977, he accidentally shot himself through his left lung. Although he was hospitalised in 1 Mil Hospital, he died of his injuries on 31st October.

- 1977 39748 — Senior District Assistant Nhire Mashanda, Protected Village Protection Group (Internal Affairs), aged 22. Died on active service.

- 1978 38189 — Sergeant Gerhardus Johannes Visser, W52384H, 70 Dist (Rustenburg) Tvl Div, aged 29. Died in the execution of his duty as a member of the South African Police.
