Military Merit Medal (MMM)

The Military Merit Medal, post-nominal letters MMM, was instituted on 9 October 1974 (as the Chief of the Defence Force’s Commendation Medal) and could be awarded to all ranks for service of a high order. Conferment ceased for services on or after 27 April 2003.
