Two granite monuments in the Boer Prisoner of War cemetery at Knollcombes, near Longwood, St Helena, commemorating the Boer POWs who died on the island 1900-1902 (enteric fever outbreak in 1902 accounted for many). The older, prisoner-built monument lists names with individual grave numbers; a second monument, added by the Union Government in 1913, lists names alphabetically without grave numbers.
