Shot in the stomach with a shotgun by APLA operatives while delivering milk near Umtata on 27 Aug 1993; wounds turned septic and he died ten days later

Civilian (father). Attacked with his daughter Donné, who died the same day. APLA operatives (Zama Thutha and Luvuyo Kulman) later granted amnesty.
