One of two men killed when their Buffel Troop Carrier overturned during a patrol in the Etosha Game Reserve. NEW ROH record -- no Kavihuha on the roll under any spelling, and no other 913 Battalion casualty is recorded here at all.
- The other man is already on the roll: Rifleman Frederick Hikab (30715), South African Cape Corps, who died the same day in the same vehicle. Until today his record stood alone and gave no hint that a second man died with him.

Service number, rank, surname, unit, cause, place and age all agree, and Mike frames it the same way -- as the second man in an accident the roll had recorded as a single death.
