Research notes
Col (rt) Graham du Toit Last Post 5 Sep 2026: surname corrected "Minnies" -> "Mienies" (matches ServiceNo 80871999SC exactly); first name "Pieter" added (previously only initial "P" on record). CauseDeath corrected from "Killed in action" to a stab-wound assault at Khomasdal, Windhoek -- a criminal assault, not a combat death; CauseCode changed KIA -> DOW to match. Age 24 added (previously blank).
