Stories 1
by Johan Meyer on 28 June 2006 · via source
About 3 miles from Jamestown, St Helena is the site of what was known as 'Broadbottom' camp where the Boer prisoners were interred. There is also a well kept cemetry with 167 graves. Checking the names of those who died reveals that the youngest prisoner was R.S. Meyer (grave No.76) whose age was 16 years. We do not know how, or from what he died.
