Col (rt) Graham du Toit Last Post 02 Aug 2026: Warrant Officer Class I Cornelius Johannes Koekemoer, 5 Military Works Unit, found dead in Pretoria with an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, age 40. No service number in Graham's post. Also listed in Mike Sandham / Bushwar omissions for 2 August.
4 Sep 2026: Regiment leftover "South African Army" cleared -- that's the service branch (Army, as distinct from Navy/Air Force), not a specific regiment; the actual unit ("5 Military Works Unit") is already captured in Unit. Per John's decision, the 52 records with no better Unit info were left as-is.
