Stationed at SAPS Mbizana, Eastern Cape. On 15 July 2024, while responding to a homicide in Zizityaneni, Mbizana, ambushed; upon arrival shot and killed; body armour and weapon stolen; colleague Sergeant Mkizwana seriously wounded.
