ref. "Rhodesian Roll of Honour" by P. Geldenhuys (Roll compiled by Dr. J. R. T. Wood). Amendments from "Rhodesian Combined Forces Roll of Honour 1966-1981", by Adrian Haggett and Gerry van Tonder.
4 Sep 2026: Regiment leftover "Rhodesian Intelligence Corps" (a branch, not a specific regiment) moved to Corps, per John's decision on the broader Regiment/Corps field-swap review.
Database-wide FirstName/Age contamination sweep (extension), 28 Sep 2026: FirstName 'Jerzy Tadeusz' and Age 44 were forward-filled from PersonNumber 41245 down a contiguous run of 2 records -- this record's own LastName ('Steele'), Initials ('M D'), ServiceNo ('93676') and DateDeath ('1978-10-05') are all genuinely distinct, confirming a different real person whose FirstName/Age were simply never captured. Unlike the first pass of this sweep, Unit is NOT touched here -- it is not part of this contamination (see the Unit-restoration correction on the related run) and this record's own Unit ('Police Reserve Air Wing') is left exactly as found. FirstName and Age CLEARED; no replacement guessed.
