16 Sep 2026, FirstName/Initials audit: this record carried the alternate-surname note 'or CHIMKOMBE' in its FirstName field, and its Initials 'O C' had then been derived from that note rather than from a forename (the "O" being the word "or"). The man has no recorded forename. The note has been moved to AddInfo, FirstName and Initials cleared, and the display Name reduced to the surname alone.
