Mike Sandham omissions mail 6 Sep 2026: queried as a possible duplicate with its neighbour. Different ServiceNo rules out a literal duplicate record -- these are two distinct people, plausibly officers who died in the same Winterton incident on the same day. However, both share FirstName "Alexander", which matches neither person's own stored Initials -- the same systemic contamination pattern already documented in the 31 Aug 2026 full-table scan's SAPS-section block runs. No independent source yet confirms either person's real first name; left alone per that scan's standing convention.
