Research notes
26 Aug 2026: Unit 1 Recce Commando cleared — SAWGP Regiment is Royal Air Force (1956); Recce did not exist. Cause text on this record still describes a 1970s Angola crash and needs a separate review.
7 Sep 2026: CauseDeath was a forward-fill copy from PN 33759 (Visser, Nicholas Jacobus (N J)), an unrelated record -- cleared as contamination (CauseDeath-contamination scan, data/causedeath-contamination-scan-2026-09-07.md), not a real cause.
