Same incident as Gumbi PN 30570. CauseDeath enriched with Samil 20 / front tyre (previously "at Mkhuze, tyre burst"). CONFLICT flagged, not changed: Graham gives Age 27; this record's own Age is 25. Not carried on Bushwar Books same-day post.
