Dedications 1
Don slept in the bed next to mine. He was on a weekend pass on his way to Port Elizabeth. They (another chap I think by the name of Gerber) were stuck outside Colesberg and were sleeping on the side of the road when they were hit by a passing truck. If I remember correctly Gerber survived. I was asked by a corporal to clear out his "kas" and take his belongings to the stores.
