Actual Rule 5 requires (a) combat/enemy-caused incident, (b) a Ministerially-acknowledged operation (clasp), or (c) 55+ continuous/90+ non-continuous days in an operational area -- none of which this record's cause of death clearly demonstrates.

Louis,the first time I met you you were a laaitie, when you lived in Delarey,me and your boet Ernest were buddies, later on me and you worked together at Escom, and then purely by chance we touched base on the Border, just before you died so tragically. Rest peacefully in Gods'arms my friend.
