He succumbed to his wounds in the Addington Hospital later the same day. He was 26."
- CAUSE OF DEATH CONFLICT, NOT CHANGED. This record reads "Killed in aircraft accident, crashed in mountain above Miller's Point" -- an entirely different death. Graham gives a shooting on foot patrol in Kwamashu, Durban; the stored account is an aircraft crash at Miller's Point, Cape Town, hundreds of kilometres away. Service number, rank, forenames, unit, date and age all agree, so this is one man with two unreconcilable accounts of how he died. Neither is overwritten; both are recorded.
