Col (rt) Graham du Toit Last Post 6 Sep 2026 (Mapai Puma 164 shootdown, Operation Uric): investigating Osborne (32408, this Puma's crew, immediately preceding PersonNumber) turned up that this record's FirstName ("Nigel David"), ServiceNo ("74299181PS"), and AddInfo ("Son of Mr. and Mrs. S. J. Osborne, of Durban") were all copied verbatim from Osborne -- a ServiceNo cannot genuinely belong to two different people, and the AddInfo names the Osborne family for someone surnamed Osler. Same systemic contamination pattern documented in the 31 Aug 2026 FirstName-contamination scan, reaching further into ServiceNo/AddInfo here. Cleared rather than guessed; correct values unknown.
