Research notes

Col (rt) Graham du Toit, Last Post, 1 Sep 2026 names this ServiceNo's holder 'J.L. Okohoko', matching the stored initials '(J L)' exactly (Graham gives no fuller given names). ROH's FirstName was 'Brian Alphonso' -- part of a 4-row forward-fill contamination run (PersonNumbers 32365-32368: O'gorman, Ohlson, Okohoko, Oliphant all shared this exact text; only 32365 O'gorman's own initials 'B A' actually match it, confirming that as the true source and the other three as copies). Cleared to unknown rather than guessed. NOTE: Graham's own Last Post posts list this exact ServiceNo/unit/cause under BOTH 1 Sep 1983 (age 30, 'fatal stroke... at Buffalo Base') and 1 Sep 1986 (age 30, 'brain damage from chronic hypertension... in the sickbay at Buffalo Base') -- almost certainly the same death repeated across two annual posts with the same age each time, not two people. ROH's own stored DateDeath (1986-09-01) matches the second Graham posting, but ROH's Age (57) matches neither Graham posting (both say 30) -- not changed, flagged for manual review alongside the date question.
25 Sep 2026, Unit2 service-branch sweep: the stored Secondary Unit "Army" was CLEARED as a duplicate. It was not a sub-unit, it was a service-branch word repeating what the Branch column already says. Secondary Unit is for sub-units -- a company, a squadron, a commando -- and this record's branch of service is unchanged at "Army".
