Col (rt) Graham du Toit Last Post 24 Sep 2026: "90705120PE Rifleman Churchill Dingaan Ntela from 1 SAI was shot dead at the Unit by another soldier during an altercation. He was 29." Cause of death filled out -- the stored text read only "shot by fellow member", without that it happened at the unit or followed an altercation. Service number, forenames, unit, date and age all agree exactly.
25 Sep 2026, Unit2 service-branch sweep: the stored Secondary Unit "Army" was CLEARED as a duplicate. It was not a sub-unit, it was a service-branch word repeating what the Branch column already says. Secondary Unit is for sub-units -- a company, a squadron, a commando -- and this record's branch of service is unchanged at "Army".
