14 Sep 2026: Col (rt) Graham du Toit, Last Post: Sergt C.M. Modise, 1 Signals Regiment, killed as a passenger in a Ratel that overturned at Heidelberg, age 27. Matches this record exactly. Not on Bushwar Books' same-day post.
