ROH record carries the name 'Mica, Seth Lebakeng (J M)' -- note the bracketed initials '(J M)' match 'Jose Miguel' rather than 'Seth Lebakeng', suggesting the FirstName field may have been contaminated from the unrelated ServiceNo-sharing record PersonNumber 31894 ('Michael, Seth Lebakeng (B)', a different death, 15 Oct 1981, already flagged in that record's own citation). Per the same caution applied to 31894, name NOT overwritten -- flagging for manual review rather than guessing.

FirstName, Age and Unit CLEARED; no replacement guessed. CauseDeath NOT touched -- it follows its own, narrower sub-block boundaries within this run and carries real distinguishing information.
CORRECTION, 28 Sep 2026: the earlier note on this record wrongly described Unit as forward-filled/contaminated alongside FirstName and Age.
