Graham gave initials only and no service numbers. ROH name is Mafaladi Joseph Mbendura (T). ROH service number 93727279 is a 1993-era number (cleared off Mbele PN 31751 who more plausibly holds it).
5 Sep 2026, FirstName-contamination revisit (folding into the 31 Aug 2026 scan): Graham du Toit's own 10 May 2026 citation already names him "T. Mbendura", giving "initials only and no service numbers" -- matching stored Initials "T" exactly. Cleared rather than guessed -- correct first name still unknown.
