Matimise (L)

Cleared stolen ServiceNo 90724519PE (belongs to Mathonsi G.R. PN 31691, 7 SAI, 1994-02-16). Mike Sandham 20 Aug 2026: number also on Ciskei Cpl Z Matiwane PN 31695 Fish River drowning cluster. 26 Aug 2026: Unit leftover "South West Africa Police Counter-Insurgency Wing: Ops-K Division (KOEVOET)" → Transkei Defence Force (SAWGP Regiment, no Unit).
FirstName contamination fixed 31 Aug 2026 (systemic full-table scan): FirstName ("Gumede Richard") was copied from the unrelated neighbouring record PersonNumber 31691 ("Mathonsi, Gumede Richard", initials G R) -- this record's own stored initials (L) don't match "Gumede Richard" at all. Confirmed by the existing 25 Aug 2026 SN CORRECTION note on this record, which already identified PersonNumber 31691 as the true owner of this record's copied ServiceNo via the same external source. Cleared back to unknown rather than guessed.
