Research notes
25 Sep 2026, Unit2 service-branch sweep: the stored Secondary Unit "Army" was CLEARED as a duplicate. It was not a sub-unit, it was a service-branch word repeating what the Branch column already says. Secondary Unit is for sub-units -- a company, a squadron, a commando -- and this record's branch of service is unchanged at "Army".

To someone I never really knew but always think of. I hope you have found your peace. It breaks my heart to remember your last moments and your struggle for life. Believe me when I say that I did try and breathe life back into you. You were only a boy who died to make me a sad man. I hope you have taken care of your brother and family. God bless - Your Medic. Wish you were here.........
Still remembering and still thinking of you every day. Please guide me and let me learn to live with the pain.
