Lambert, 2 Field Engineer Regiment, attached to 5 Military Works Unit at the Army Battle School, Lohatla -- accidentally killed when the Bedford truck he was travelling in as a passenger overturned 30km outside Vryburg on the Lohatla-Vryburg road after a front tyre burst, age 18.
