Col (rt) Graham du Toit, Last Post, 1 Sep 2026 gives a detailed account of Lt Chris Jansen, 1 Satellite Radar Station Mariepskop, dying in an accident at a marathon at Sabie: standing on the door-step of a SAAF bus being push-started at night, the open door smashed shut into a tree, trapping him between the door and door-jamb, age 22. CONFLICT: Bushwar Books same-day post independently corroborates ROHs existing plain text ("private motor vehicle accident at Pilgrims Rest") rather than Grahams account -- CauseDeath left as originally recorded, Grahams narrative not used, since a second source disagrees with it rather than confirming it.
