Col (rt) Graham du Toit, Last Post, 1 Sep 2026 gives Spr Dietlof Hagemeier, 2 Field Engineer Regiment, admitted to Universitas Hospital Bloemfontein with critical head injuries from a private motorcycle accident at Welkom on 26 Aug 1987, died 1 Sep 1987, age 20. ROH's stored FirstName is 'Deon' -- both 'Deon' and 'Dietlof' fit the single stored initial 'D' equally well, so this is not treated as a resolvable contamination case (unlike the Roux/Okohoko/Fortuin cases with multi-letter initials mismatches); not changed, noted for reference.
4 Sep 2026: Unit leftover "2 Field Engineer Regiment" (a named regiment, not a sub-unit) moved to Regiment. Corps unchanged.
