James Morley (school friend, eyewitness), ROH story 6 Jan 2018: collapsed during a run around Greyville Race Course, brought to the Doctor's rooms at Natal Command, died there -- corroborates the existing "possible heart failure after 2.4 test" cause.
25 Sep 2026, Unit2 service-branch sweep: the stored Secondary Unit "Army" was CLEARED as a duplicate. It was not a sub-unit, it was a service-branch word repeating what the Branch column already says. Secondary Unit is for sub-units -- a company, a squadron, a commando -- and this record's branch of service is unchanged at "Army".

Andrew was based at Natal Command. They went for a run around Greyville Race Course and Andrew collapsed he was brought back to Natal Command by the Medics to the Doctors Rooms where he unfortunately passed away. I was present in the Doctors rooms when they brought Andrew in I was awaiting an X ray on my leg i was on leave from 5 SAI Andrew and I were friends at school and sat next to one another in class
