Son of William Henry and Emily Trott, of 2, South View, Trulle, Taunton, England. Born in Quetta, Bengal, India (where his father was serving with the 29th (Worcestershire) Regiment of Foot. Commemorated on the Bishops Hull War Memorial, Somerset, England (where his father was postmaster).
