- 1991 35047 — Constable Izak Daniel Janse Van Rensburg, 0431200-7, 1a Dist (Cape Town) CW Div, aged 21. Shot dead during a shootout with robbers in Vanderbijlpark.

- 1996 31562 — Rifleman Ndoda Sameul Mango, 89729016PE, 111 South African Infantry Battalion, aged 35. Died from injuries received in a Military Vehicle Accident, passenger in Samil 20 that rolled. He died in the Piet Retief Hospital.

- 1996 32287 — Rifleman Amos Nkambule, 89728695PE, 111 South African Infantry Battalion, aged 29. Died in Military Vehicle Accident, passenger in Samil 20 that rolled at Mahamba.

- 1997 35886 — Sergeant Masondo, 488611-9, Mpumalanga. Died in a Motor Vehicle Accident.

- 1998 30569 — Signalman Gumbi, 95654034, 1 South African Infantry Battalion (South African Corps of Signals (Corps)). Died of Medical Reason, at St Aidens Hospital, while off duty.

- 2005 36670 — Captain Myeni, 496000-9, Kwazulu Natal. Died in bus accident.
