- 2011 41155 — Captain Sydney Bongani Hlengwa, 619069-3, School of Infantry (South African Police Service), aged 47. Killed in the execution of his duty, Capt. Hlengwa (Creighton Station Commander) and one of his staff, Cst. Hlangulela, were conducting a search on a property and when they demanded a liquor license from the owner of the property, they were both killed.
