Van Riebeeck Medal (VRM)

The Van Riebeeck Medal, post-nominal letters VRM, was instituted in 1952 and awarded to other ranks for distinguished service in the field. Only five were awarded, all in 1974 to Navy and Special Forces personnel. It is the other-ranks equivalent of the Van Riebeeck Decoration (DVR).
