(1907), The Colonials in South Africa 1899-1902, as reproduced on the same unit page: Dordrecht 16 Feb 1900 Capt Crallen (ledger Crallan) and Lt Chandler and 4 ORs killed; Wepener Lt Thurston and 4 men; Sgt Maj Rutters 2nd killed Winburg 27 Aug 1900 (ledger closest match is Sgt Ruther/Rattray killed Winburg 27 May 1900 — Stirling noted, ledger followed).
