Research notes
Mike Sandham omissions mail 7 Sep 2026: flagged this and 20 other records (36001-36022, excluding 36006) as sharing FirstName "Baliwa" across unrelated surnames -- the same SAPS-section block-run contamination pattern already documented in the 31 Aug 2026 full-table scan (this PersonNumber range falls within it). No independent source yet confirms any individual's real first name; left alone per that scan's standing convention.
