27 Sep 2026, Ventura crash sweep (prompted by the Palmer 32419 investigation): the stored cause of death, the Miller's Point Ventura crash of 8 March 1957, was CLEARED. It was never his. PersonNumber 29873, immediately above this record, is Capt Charles Crisp, one of five 17 Squadron aircrew who share that exact cause text and that 1957 date -- Crisp, La Cock 31202, Meyer 31881, Palk 32418, Theron 33256. This record is dated 1979-01-01 and is a Sapper of the South African Engineer Corps, not Air Force: the text was copied down, the same pattern as the ServiceNo and FirstName already cleared from this record on 5 and 16 September. This is now the third column forward-filled onto him.
