Col (rt) Graham du Toit Last Post 20 Aug 2026: 75308270BG Private Jacobus Johannes Etienne Bothma, Defence Headquarters Personnel Unit, died from a gunshot wound to the neck accidentally sustained on duty in Pretoria; taken to 1 Military Hospital and died the same day, age 19. ROH unit is also 84 Signals Unit (left). Regiment already Defence HQ Personnel Unit. Accidental neck GSW already matched.
